§ 113.07. PROCEDURE FOR PERSONS EXEMPT UNDER STATE LAW.

  • (A) Any person exempted by the laws of this state from the payment of license fees as provided in § 113.04 shall, before beginning business as referred to under this chapter, present to the Clerk-Treasurer his credentials showing that he is entitled to that exemption, and shall execute and file a bond as provided in § 113.06.
    (B) Upon approval of the bond by the Clerk-Treasurer, he shall then receive a certificate from the Clerk-Treasurer, authorizing him to engage in the business of transient merchant or solicitor within the city for any period of not longer than one month.
    (C) If, at the end of a month that person desires to continue in such business, another certificate must be procured from the Clerk-Treasurer.
