Chapter 75. PARKING SCHEDULES |
Schedule I. NO PARKING ZONES. |
(A) Location of zones.
(B) Penalty. (1) Whoever violates any provision of this schedule for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues. ('80 Code, § 1-13) (2) Whoever violates Ord. 2451 shall be subject to fine in the amount of $50 and shall be subject to tow-in at his own expense. Warnings are permitted for first offenders. (Ord. 2451, passed 6-7-82) (3) Whoever violates Ord. 2710 shall be subject to a fine in the amount of $50 and shall be subject to tow-in at his own expense. Warnings are permitted for first offenders. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 2710, passed 5-2-88) (a) Shall be assessed a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $250. (b) These ordinances incorporate herein by reference, the provisions of § 72.99(A), which provides that a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues, and § 72.99 (D) which provides that a violator of these ordinances shall be responsible for costs incurred in towing the improperly parked vehicle and storage thereof. The violator shall also be responsible for costs incurred in prosecuting the action for improper parking, which shall include, but not be limited to, court costs. Ord. 3190, passed 5-3-99) (6) Any violator of Ordinances 3664, 3665, 3666, 3667, 3668, 3670, 3671, and 3679 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor greater than $200 to be determined by the court and shall be further subject to all provisions of §§ 72.40, 72.41, and 72.99(H) of this code. Further, the violator shall be responsible for all costs incurred in towing and impoundment of the improperly parked vehicle and storage thereof.
