A violation of this schedule shall constitute a speeding violation and shall be subject to penalties and shall further be subject to other penalties as are applicable for speeding violations as imposed by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles for such infractions. The provisions of this schedule shall be enforceable only at such times when school is regularly in session as determined by the calendar of the New Castle Community School System applicable to the year in which the violation occurs. School shall be considered in session for the purposes of this schedule one hour prior to the commencement of the normal school day until one hour after the end of the normal school day, as provided for by the school district.
