§ 150.35. PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to move any frame, wooden, brick, or other building on, over, or along any street, sidewalk, alley, or other public ground of the city, without having first obtained a written permit therefor from the Building Commissioner. The permit shall specifically set forth the time within which the removal shall be completed, and the points from and to which the same is intended to be made.
