§ 114.66. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT.

No person shall operate any jitney bus or jitney auto within the city, unless that bus or auto shall be properly lighted, heated, and ventilated, and be provided and equipped with suitable heating apparatus and covered, so that during bad weather passengers may be protected therefrom.
