§ 114.30. CERTAIN INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED TO PASSENGERS UPON REQUEST.

Every driver of a taxicab upon being requested to do so by any person who is, has been, or is about to become a passenger in the vehicle, shall give to that person his name, his taxicab driver's license number, his state chauffeur's number, and the license number of the vehicle.
