§ 112.05. FEE; PRORATION.

(A) The license fee for the operation of a junkyard in the city shall be $100 per calendar year.
(B) Each and every license issued prior to July l of any year shall be charged at the full rate, and every license issued on or after July l shall be charged with one-half of the full rate.
