(A) Any exhibitor or other person who fails, refuses, or neglects to pay the fee or license required in §§ 111.01 through 111.05 or who in any other manner violates any provision of §§ 111.01 through 111.05 shall be assessed a fine not to exceed $2,500. Each day that any violation of §§ 111.01 through 111.05 occurs shall be a separate offense and a fine may be assessed each day of the violation.
The fines set forth in this section may be collected by civil suit in any court of competent jurisdiction.

(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 111.15, shall upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $25 nor more than $200.
