§ 51.15. FURNISHING FIRE EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE CITY.

The city does not, by furnishing water to property located outside the city limits, undertake and agree to furnish fire equipment service to the territory covered by such water mains until the person served outside the city limits makes suitable provision for the payment therefor according to the rates established by the Fire Department for similar service.
