(A) A property shall be considered, for the purpose of this section, as a property used in a trade or business in which the occupant thereof invites the general public to enter for the purpose of trade, barter, exchange, and sale of any product of merchandise, commonly traded, bartered, exchanged, or sold.
(B) All personsoccupying any and all property used in a trade or business within the corporate limits of the city, which property abuts upon any street in the city on which there is located improved sidewalks, are required to keep such sidewalks in front of such property free from snow and ice between the hours as set out in division (C) of this section.
(C) All occupants of property used in a trade or business shall keep the sidewalk free of snow and ice between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., prevailing time, except Sundays and holidays.
