(A) The enforcement of moving violations, as set out in § 98.61, shall be limited to law enforcement officers.
(B) The enforcement of the remaining sections of this subchapter may be by law enforcement officials, authorized department officials of Public Works, Building and Zoning, Fire, Parks and Cemetery.
