§ 96.11. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY.

- (A) Every appropriate means shall be utilized to disseminate such policy to employees and supervisory personnel, ethnic groups, women, firms having dealings with the city, and other interested organizations and individuals.(B) A top management official shall be appointed as equal opportunity officer to design and implement systems for minority-employment information.('80 Code, § 13-1(b)) (Ord. 2239, passed 7-17-78)
