§ 96.11. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY.

  • (A) Every appropriate means shall be utilized to disseminate such policy to employees and supervisory personnel, ethnic groups, women, firms having dealings with the city, and other interested organizations and individuals.
    (B) A top management official shall be appointed as equal opportunity officer to design and implement systems for minority-employment information.
