§ 93.02. ACCUMULATION OF INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any owner, occupant, landlord, or tenant of any residence, business house or other property or building within the city limits, to allow or permit paper, trash, rubbish, or other inflammable material to collect and remain in any room, or part of any such building, after notice has been received as provided in § 93.04.
