§ 34.01. ESTABLISHED.

Established April 7, 1975, the City Clerk-Treasurer shall establish a fund to be known as C.E.T.A. Funds, for the receipt and disbursement of county funds and state funds based on contracts and subcontracts. All funds will be receipted into the fund and disbursed to the Hancock-Henry County Community Action Program.
