§ 33.01. DEPARTMENT PLACED UNDER CONTROL OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.

(A) The Police Department of the city shall be under the control and be governed by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
(B) The Board of Public Works and Safety may have and exercise all powers set forth in IC 36-8-3-1 et seq.
